Extrabrains Privacy Policy

Hey! Thanks for checking this page out. We tried to make it not too dull and technical. We will guide you through our policies on collection and usage of personal data we receive from the visitors of this website. You will learn that the process is transparent and you control what you are willing to share with us.

We do believe that privacy is essential and is becoming a component of pleasant experience of using any service. As a marketing agency, we encourage our clients to follow the same logic in handling personal data.

The main reasons we collect information are:
- We want to improve our services to make our clients even happier
- As a marketing agency, we want to showcase some of the bells and whistles from our arsenal.

We hope that reading this page will keep you awake. If you got too tired to read it all through, want to ask or comment something – we’re happy to hear from you at extra@extrabrains.net

Our Client’s policies

We help different businesses succeed online. We do that by providing consultancy, creating websites, products, and all sorts of marketing communication. We are a service provider for our Clients. We act as a data processor for the companies who use our services. This means we help our Clients setup the marketing systems and develop the content. We do not have access to their databases and do not act on their behalf. Our Privacy policy does not reflect or affect the policies of our Clients. We are not responsible for the way our Clients handle data.

Personal data Extrabrains collects

Extrabrains processes your personal data when using our services and/or by providing this information to us. Here’s the list of personal data we handle:
- First and last name
- IP address
- E-mail address
- Other information that you actively share with us, for example by creating a profile on this site, in correspondence and by telephone
- Location data
- Information about your activities on our site
- Internet browser and device type

We do not have the intention to collect the data from visitors who are younger than 16 years. The sad thing is that we cannot prevent a minor from visiting our site. If you believe that we collected the data of a minor without parents’ consent – please get in touch with us at extra@extrabrains.net. We will immediately remove this data from our inventory.
